I think I’ve write about this city before. Shame on my… it’s time to correct my sin. Must have one of the most spectacular settings of any city in Spain, perhaps Europe. It lies on a wide, fertile plan with the permanently snow-capped mountains of the Sierra Nevada forming an impressive backdrop.
For those unfamiliar with Spanish Geography, Granada is in Southern Spain, between Sevilla and Malaga, it’s one of the main cities of AndalucĂa. We can talk about Granada with no doubt as the city that combines all the best you can find in Spain. For one hand you haveSierra Nevada, beautiful snow paradise for ski addict and casuals. On the other hand you can also enjoy the sun and beaches (Granada has 320 sunny days per year, so planning won’t be an issue) through 73 kilometres of sea and sand.
Sorry if I look quite a big fan, but that’s because I am. Trust me, there is no excuse for you to avoid visiting Granada. These are perfectly affordable holidays, as Granada is one of the cheapest locations of Spain. If you could find some hoteles en Granada centro the investment will worth it. but Granada is not just snow and beaches, much more is awating…
Culture, history and art teams up in this city, not to mention its charming people, always willing to make a joke and get a laugh of you. The Universuty of Granada it’s one of the oldest in Europe, surrounded by miths and misteries from old times. It also has priceless muslim legacy, that you can seen in its architecture and highlights as remarkable Albaicin, the Sacromonte or la Alhambra.
Well, I’ve got my spine removed
